CUSTOMIZED INTERVENTION PROGRAM
What is an intervention?
An intervention is a carefully planned process involving family and friends, and sometimes colleagues, clergy members or others who care about a person struggling with addiction. An intervention can motivate someone to seek help for alcoholism, drug abuse, eating disorders or other addictive behaviors.
It can be challenging to help a loved one struggling with these destructive behaviors, because they are often in denial about their situation or are unwilling to seek treatment. However, it can often be important not to wait until they ask for assistance. They will often not recognize the negative impact their behavior has on themselves and others.
Sometimes a direct, heart-to-heart conversation can start the road to recovery. But when it comes to addiction, a more focused approach is often needed. This is where the ECLAT Intervention Program can step in to support you, your family, and naturally, the individual struggling with addiction.
No matter, what anyone does, no one can guarantee the outcome of an intervention. But one thing is certain, a successful intervention is never spontaneous. Todd can travel to work with you on-site and relieve you of an enormous amount of pressure. This will allow you to focus on your personal contributions to the event. Some of the contributions that he could add, will include:
1 - PREPARING THE FAMILY FOR THE EVENTS THAT COULD OCCUR DURING THE INTERVENTION
2 - CHOOSING A DRUG REHAB OF YOUR CHOICE (EVEN TRAVELING WITH THE FAMILY TO TOUR THE FACILITY IF REQUESTED)
3 - SETTING UP THE ADMISSION AND RESERVING A SPOT WITH THE REHAB FACILITY
4 - CHOOSING THE PEOPLE TO BE INVOLVED IN THE INTERVENTION
5 - CHOOSING A DAY AND TIME FOR THE INTERVENTION
6 - GATHERING EVERYONE BEFORE THE EVENT TO DO A DRY-RUN
7 - PLANNING FOR THE TRANSPORTATION TO THE FACILITY
8 - PACKING THE APPROPRIATE BAGS FOR THE FACILITY
9 - ESCORTING THE CLIENT TO THE FACILITY IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING INTERVENTION
